Esme

We met Jeff, Ally and their two boys on Nexen Beach about 2 years ago. Their oldest, and our oldest are about the same age, and have VERY similar personalities. It was at that beach visit when we found out that they were about to move into our neighbourhood, and it has been easy to get to know them better.

Esme is the youngest sister of two boys that have huge energy and personalities. Her Esme's arrival into the world was a little bumpier than predicted, and yet, she is thriving now. It was fun to celebrate this family together, talk about how parenting is never what we predict, and debate about bows on baby girls. She is sure to grow up in family that values diversity, compassionate ways of being, and adventure.
